Pursuant to a notice posted on May 14, 2010, and revised on May 14, 2010, and again on June 4, 2010, and again on June 16, 2010, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 10:03 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
