Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 7, 2009, and after being granted permission to meet while the house was in session, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 1:06 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representative Farrar (1).

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 4438 as pending business.

 

Representative Orr moved that HB 4438, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).
