Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 20, 2009, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, at 4:08 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Representative Laubenberg moved that the floor amendments to HB 846, HB 857, HB 2117, HB 2591, HB 3108, HB 3202, HB 3413, HB 3438 and HB 3654 offered by Representative Thompson be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Wednesday, April 22, 2009.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Laubenberg moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee: HB459, HB829, HB955, HB1500, HB1654, HB1973, HB2242,  and HB2735.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Laubenberg moved that the following measures not be placed on the calendar at this time:  HB593, HB988, HB1111, HB1112, HB1113, HB1214, HB1252, HB1456, HB1596, HB1597, HB1598, HB1599, HB1600, HB1601, HB1680, HB1691. The motion prevailed without objection.
