Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor to suspend the five-day posting rule on May 5, 2009 to hear HB 4831 and HB 4832 and permission granted to meet during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 8:53 p.m.
