Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 14, 2009, and being granted permission to meet while the House is in session, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 11:07 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

A quorum was present.

The committee reconvened at 12:46 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt. The roll was answered as follows:
