CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 21, 2009, the House Committee on Public Education authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Education held on April 2, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 2, 2009, the House Committee on Public Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Eissler, at 1:42 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Eissler; Hochberg; Allen; Aycock; Farias; Olivo; Patrick; Shelton (8).

 

Absent:              Representatives Dutton; Jackson, Jim; Weber (3).

 

A quorum was present.
