Pursuant to a notice posted on May 14, 2009, and suspension of the 5-day posting rule in order to consider Senate Bill 8 and Senate Bill 10, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 8:15 a.m.
