Pursuant to a notice posted on April 15, 2010, and revised on April 28, 2010, the House Committee on Public Health met in a joint public hearing with the House Committees on Appropriations-S/C on Health and Human Services & S/C on General Government and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 9:17 a.m.
