Pursuant to a notice posted on April 23, 2010, and revised on May 3, 2010, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 8:43 a.m.

Absent:              Representatives Coleman; Laubenberg (2).

 

A quorum was present.
