CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 7, 2009, the House Committee on Public Safety authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Safety held on March 16, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 11, 2009, the House Committee on Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Merritt, at 3:52 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Absent: Representatives Frost; Rodriguez (2).
A quorum was present.
