CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 8, 2009, the House Committee on Public Safety authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Safety held on March 18, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and permission to meet while the house is in session during bill referral on March 18, 2009, the House Committee on Public Safety met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Merritt, at 11:00 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Merritt; Burnam; Driver; King, Phil; Lewis; Mallory Caraway; Rodriguez; Vo (8).
Absent: Representative Frost (1).
A quorum was present.

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee. The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
