CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 17, 2009, the House Committee on Public Safety authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Safety held on March 23, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 18, 2009, and revised on March 20, 2009, and pursuant to permission granted to meet while the House is in session during bill referral on March 23, 2009, to meet while the house is in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Merritt, at 3:40 p.m.
