Pursuant to a notice posted on April 6, 2009 and pursuant to an announcement on the house floor granting permission to meet during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 12:50 p.m.
