Pursuant to a notice posted on April 9, 2010, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a Joint public hearing with Energy Resources and was called to order by the chair, Representative Solomons, at 1:07 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Craddick; Farabee; Gallego; Harless (4).

 

A quorum was present.
