Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 8:06 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Dunnam; Guillen; McClendon; Smith, Todd (4).

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:58 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess.

 

The committee reconvened at 11:58 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett. The roll was answered as follows:
