CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 20, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Transportation held on May 14, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 14, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 12:26 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Pickett; Phillips; Callegari; Dunnam; Guillen; Harper-Brown; Merritt; Smith, Todd; Smith, Wayne (9).

 

Absent:              Representatives Davis, Yvonne; McClendon (2).

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Guillen offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
