Pursuant to a notice posted on September 8, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 10:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Pickett; Phillips; Davis, Yvonne; Guillen; Merritt; Smith, Todd; Smith, Wayne (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Callegari; Dunnam; Harper-Brown; McClendon (4).

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair called upon the first witness.

 

Further testimony was taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 1:50 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
