Pursuant to a notice posted on October 28, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 10:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Pickett; Callegari; Davis, Yvonne; Harper-Brown; McClendon; Merritt; Smith, Wayne (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Phillips; Dunnam; Guillen; Smith, Todd (4).

 

A quorum was present.
