Pursuant to a notice posted on May 12, 2010, and revised on May 21, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Traffic Improvement, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 9:11 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Callegari; Guillen; Smith, Wayne (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives Davis, Yvonne; Smith, Todd (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 12:23 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
