Pursuant to a notice posted on May 12, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 10:16 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Phillips; Callegari; Davis, Yvonne; Dunnam; (4).

 

A quorum was present.
