Pursuant to a notice posted on July 26, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Vulnerable Road User Safety, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harper-Brown, at 10:06 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Harper-Brown; Guillen; Phillips (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives Callegari; Merritt (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative Pickett is also present.)
