Pursuant to a notice posted on August 17, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Metropolitan Planning Organizations, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 9:21 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Phillips; Harper-Brown; Smith, Todd; Smith, Wayne (4).

 

Absent:            Representatives Davis, Yvonne; Dunnam; McClendon (3).

 

A quorum was present.
