Pursuant to a notice posted on August 26, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Toll Roads, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dunnam, at 9:36 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Dunnam; Callegari; McClendon; Smith, Todd (4).

 

Absent:            Representative Davis, Yvonne (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Pickett is also present.

At 11:36 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
