Pursuant to a notice posted on October 12, 2010, and revised on October 15, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Environmental Review Process, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Wayne, at 9:18 a.m.

 

Present:           Representative Smith, Wayne (1).

 

Absent:            Representatives Callegari; Davis, Yvonne; McClendon; Smith, Todd (4).

 

(Representative Pickett is also present.)

 

A quorum was not present.

 

(Representative McClendon now present.)
