Pursuant to a notice posted on April 16, 2010, and revised on April 26, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation Funding, Select, Subcommittee on Funding, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 9:16 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Darby; Hunter; McClendon (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives Harless; Pickett; Rodriguez; Truitt (4).

 

A quorum was not present.
