Pursuant to a notice posted on May 8, 2009,  A suspension of the 5 day posting rule on May 14, 2009 to allow the committee to consider SB 679 and SB 1861, and Permission granted to meet while the house was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Yvonne, at 12:32 p.m.
