Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 18, 2009 and given permission to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliveira, at 2:37 p.m.

Representative Villarreal offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
