Pursuant to a notice posted on August 6, 2010, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliveira, at 10:20 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Oliveira; Bohac; Hilderbran; Howard, Charlie; Paxton; Taylor, Larry; Villarreal (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Otto; Hartnett; King, Phil; Pena (4).

 

A quorum was present.

At 12:46 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
