The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:31 a.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: 

 

Senator Nichols moved adoption of the minutes from the previous hearings held on May 13, 2009, and May 14, 2009; without objection, it was so ordered. 

 

The Chair laid out HB 4715 and recognized the Senate sponsor, Senator Williams, to explain the bill.
