Senator Hinojosa, Vice Chair, called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The chair laid out SB 1 as pending business.
Testimony was given on the following agencies. Witnesses testifying and registering on the bill are shown on the attached list.

At 12:51 p.m. Senator Ogden moved that the Committee stand recessed until 30 minutes after adjournment of the Senate; without objection, it was so ordered.
Senator Hinojosa reconvened the Committee at 2:49 p.m.
