Senator Ogden moved to clarify the amounts pended in Article XI for Items 1, 2a and 2b on page 5 of the workgroup recommendations for Article II, relating to the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services; without objection, it was so ordered.
Senator Deuell moved to adopt the amended workgroup recommendations for Article II, Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services. There being objection, a record vote was taken. The motion carried with a record vote of 12 ayes, 1 nay, 0 present not voting, and 2 absent.
Senator Deuell moved to pend Items 9a and 9b on page 20 of the workgroup recommendations for Article II, relating to the Department of State Health Services; without objection, it was so ordered.
Senator Deuell moved to pend Item 11b on page 20 of the workgroup recommendations for Article II, relating to the Department of State Health Services; without objection, it was so ordered.

Senator Ogden recognized Senator Lucio for remarks regarding Article II.
