The chair laid out HB 1325 by Representative Rios Ybarra and recognized the Senate sponsor, Senator Lucio, to explain the bill.

The chair laid out HB 3340 by Representative Hopson and recognized the Senate sponsor, Senator Nichols, to explain the bill.
