Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on State Affairs was held on Wednesday, March 31, 2010, in the E1.030 (House Appropriations).

The chair called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.  The following business was transacted: 

 

The committee heard invited and public testimony on the portion of Interim Charge 2 regarding the actuarial and financial conditions of the health care program administered by the Employees Retirement System.  Witnesses testifying and registering on the bill are shown on the attached list. 

 

The following members arrived after the roll was called:

The chair moved that the public testimony be closed; without objection, it was so ordered.  Witnesses testifying and registering on the bill are shown on the attached list.
