On Thursday, April 16, Senator Averitt announced from the Senate floor, that the committee would continue the April 16 hearing at his desk on Friday, April 17, 2009, upon adjournment of the Senate.
The chair called the meeting to order at 2:50 p.m. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
