Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Transportation and Homeland Security was held on Monday, November 8, 2010, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.016, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.  There being a quorum present at 9:23, the following business was transacted: 

 

The chair called the following individuals to provide invited testimony on homeland security and border security issues (see attached witness list).

 

There being no further business, at 12:49 p.m. Senator Williams moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
