Co-Chairman Ritter called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The Advisory Group heard the following testimony:
Update on Texas Environmental Flows Advisory Committee

Update on Existing Basin, Bay Area Stakeholder Committees, and Bay Expert Science Teams

Co-Chairman Ritter instructed the clerk to read the slate of finalists for the Rio Grande, the Rio Grande estuary, and the Lower Laguna Madre Basin and Bay Area Environmental Flows Stakeholder Committee.
Senator Hegar moved that the slate of finalists for the Rio Grande, the Rio Grande estuary, and the Lower Laguna Madre Basin and Bay Area Environmental Flows Stakeholder Committee.

Senator Huffman moved that the slate of finalists for the Brazos River Basin and Bay Area Environmental Flows Stakeholder Committee be adopted and appointed. With 9 ayes and 0 nays, the motion passed.
There be no further business at 9:22 a.m., Co-Chairman Ritter moved that the Advisory Group be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
