Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2010, the House Committee on Oversight of HHS Eligibility System met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hughes, at 1:43 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representative Hughes; Representative Rose; Senator Nelson; Senator Deuell; Senator Zaffirini (5).

 

Absent:              Representative Parker; Mrs. Angel, Kathleen. (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Senator Nelson moved to adopt the Committee Rules.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:29 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
