Pursuant to a notice posted on August 19, 2010, the Joint Committee on Oversight of HHS Eligibility System met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hughes, at 9:06 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representative Hughes; Senator Nelson; Angel, Kathleen (3).

 

Absent:              Senator Deuell; Representative Parker; Representative Rose; Senator Zaffirini (4).

 

Testimony was taken (see attached witness list).

 

At 10:40 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
