Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18 on Nov. 12, 2009, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Oversight of Bexar Metropolitan Water District was held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, in the Bexar County Commissioners Court.

The co-chair, Rep. Frank Corte Jr., called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: 

 

The proposed agenda was discussed.

 

Testimony was taken and registration recorded. (See attached witness list.)

 

At 11:05 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
