Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18 and House Concurrent Resolution 57, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Oversight of Bexar Metropolitan Water District was held on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, in the San Antonio City Council Chambers.

Senator Carlos Uresti, the acting chair, called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

Senator Uresti made brief opening comments.

 

Witnesses testifying and registering on the Bexar Metropolitan Water District are shown on the attached witness list. The chair moved that the public testimony be closed at 10:30 a.m.; without objection, it was so ordered.    

 

There being no further business, at 10:45 a.m. Senator Uresti moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
