Border Security, Health and School Centered Emergencies will hear
testimony from invited witnesses with expertise in disaster planning,
response and mitigation.
 
Witness testimony will focus on homeland security, university
preparedness, public health preparedness, flood mitigation and emergency
scenarios unique to Texas border communities.
