The Committee will meet to discuss Interim Charge Number 3 relating to
progress toward the development of recycled water resources and
desalination projects; initiatives to promote water conservation; report
from the Water Conservation Advisory Council; review of state requirements
for water conservation plans, annual reporting, drought contingency
plans; and update on drought conditions.
 
The Committee will hear both invited and public testimony.
