IMPORTANT NOTES:
 
The Committee will hear as many of the following bills as possible at the
hearing on May 12, 2009, but it is likely that the House of
Representatives will be in session until late in the evening on that date.
If so, the Committee may be unable to finish this agenda due to the
lateness of the hour, and may take up remaining bills at its hearing on
May 13, 2009.
 
In order to hear from as many witnesses as possible, individual testimony
