The Committee will hear as many of the following bills as possible at the |

hearing on May 12, 2009, but it is likely that the House of |
|
Representatives will be in session until late in the evening on that date. |

If so, the Committee may be unable to finish this agenda due to the |
|
lateness of the hour, and may take up remaining bills at its hearing on |
|
|

In order to hear from as many witnesses as possible, individual testimony |
|
will be limited to THREE MINUTES. Please keep this limitation in mind |
|
when preparing your remarks. |

The Committee will stand in recess while the House is in session, and will |
|
reconvene at a time to be specified by the Chair. |
