The Committee may take up and consider any of the following bills that |

were not heard at its hearing of May 12, 2009. |

Note that it is anticipated that the House will be in session until late |

in the evening on May 13, 2009. If so, the committee may be unable to |

finish this agenda due to the lateness of the hour. |

In order to hear from as many witnesses as possible, individual testimony |

will be limited to THREE MINUTES. Please keep this limitation in mind |
