SB 704 Nelson Relating to disclosure of the prices charged to state agencies in connection with pharmacy benefit manager services. SB 1071 Wentworth Relating to the required disclosure under the public information law of information pertaining to an employee or trustee of a public employee pension system. SB 1152 Hinojosa Relating to the making or acceptance of political contributions in a courthouse; providing penalties. SB 1211 Fraser Relating to the liability of a volunteer audiologist, assistant in audiology, speech-language pathologist, or assistant in speech-language pathology. SB 1692 Wentworth Relating to the confidentiality of certain personal information concerning current and former employees of certain divisions of the office of the attorney general. SB 1810 Duncan Relating to allowing the governor, and the lieutenant governor or another person when acting as governor, to retain executive authority while traveling within the contiguous 48 states of the continental United States. SB 1814 Van de Putte Relating to return-to-work coordination services and a return-to-work reimbursement program for employers participating in the  workers' compensation system. SB 1815 Van de Putte Relating to immunity from liability for doctors performing certain services at the request of the division of workers' compensation of the Texas Department of Insurance. SB 1912 Duncan Relating to the disclosure of personally identifiable information under the public information law. SB 1970 Duncan Relating to certain election practices and procedures; providing penalties. SJR 36 Duncan Proposing a constitutional amendment to provide that the governor, and the lieutenant governor when acting as governor, retain executive authority unless the person becomes unavailable as provided by law. SJR 42 Duncan Proposing a constitutional amendment to prohibit the taking of property for certain economic development purposes. Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
