SB 1063 Watson Relating to the powers of certain hospital districts and to the retirement benefits of employees of the districts and related entities. SB 1106 Van de Putte Relating to payment of claims to pharmacies and pharmacists. SB 1153 Hinojosa Relating to the liability of a landowner for an act or omission of a peace officer on the property of the landowner. SB 1182 Wentworth Relating to the public information law. SB 1201 Carona Relating to an affidavit required to be filed in a cause of action against certain licensed or registered professionals. SB 1402 Hinojosa Relating to requiring certain political subdivisions to enter a contract with the county elections administrator to perform election services. SB 2072 Duncan Relating to contracting with the secretary of state for the filing of personal financial statements by officers and employees of certain counties. SB 2074 Duncan Relating to the delivery of proposed state agency rules to the lieutenant governor, a member of the legislature, or a legislative agency. SB 2226 Duncan Relating to filling vacancies in appellate judicial offices by appointment, partisan elections for all judicial offices, and nonpartisan elections for the retention or rejection for all judicial offices. SJR 44 Duncan Proposing a constitutional amendment for filling vacancies in appellate judicial offices by appointment, for partisan elections for all judicial offices, and for subsequent nonpartisan retention elections for all judicial offices. At the chairman's discretion, the Committee may also take up any pending business. Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
