| Relating to notice to the attorney general of an action, suit, or proceeding challenging the validity of a Texas statute or rule. |

| Relating to health care services provided or paid by a hospital district or public hospital. |

|

| Relating to workers' compensation compensability disputes, examinations to define the compensable injury and notifications to health care providers regarding compensability disputes. |
