SB 298 Carona Relating to the authority of the Texas Department of Public Safety and certain local law enforcement agencies to establish a checkpoint on a highway or street to determine whether persons are driving while intoxicated. SB 328 Carona Relating to the civil and criminal consequences of operating a motor vehicle or a watercraft while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol. SB 333 Carona Relating to the retention by a county or municipality of certain court costs for maintaining and supporting a certified breath alcohol testing program. SB 356 Carona Relating to the frequency and content of school bus emergency evacuation training. SB 374 Carona Relating to the power of a county to enforce compliance with speed limits by an automated traffic control system. SB 384 Carona Relating to the promotion of toll projects by the Texas Department of Transportation. SB 521 Averitt Relating to the Texas Department of Transportation's memorial sign program. SB 543 Carona Relating to certain notice requirements regarding possessory liens on certain motor vehicles, motorboats, vessels, or outboard motors; providing a criminal penalty. SB 581 Wentworth Relating to intermunicipal commuter rail districts.

SB 589 Carona Relating to certain requirements for sunscreening devices that are placed on or attached to a motor vehicle; providing a penalty. SB 635 Seliger Relating to certain requirements for school bus emergency evacuation training. SB 713 Carona Relating to a prohibition on the disclosure and use of certain information recorded or collected by a transponder used to electronically assess or collect a toll. Those wishing to give public testimony should limit oral remarks to 3 minutes.
