SB 506 Carona Relating to the operation and movement of motorcycles during periods of traffic congestion. SB 520 Harris Relating to the requirement that certain applicants for a vehicle dealer general distinguishing number complete a dealer education course. SB 543 Carona Relating to certain notice requirements regarding possessory liens on certain motor vehicles, motorboats, vessels, or outboard motors; providing a criminal penalty. SB 617 Shapleigh Relating to requiring a retail seller of motor vehicle tires to render certain tires unusable; providing a civil penalty. SB 652 Zaffirini Relating to the maintenance of emergency contact and medical information databases by the Texas Department of Public Safety. SB 702 Carona Relating to the regulation of the towing and storage of vehicles. SB 898 Shapleigh Relating to the purposes and designation of a municipal transportation reinvestment zone. SB 882 Carona Relating to the powers and duties of a regional tollway authority, including the establishment of an administrative adjudication hearing procedure; creating an offense. SB 942 Wentworth Relating to local option methods for financing transportation projects and services. At the Chairman's discretion, the Committee may consider pending bills.
