SB 1992 Gallegos Relating to the regulation of automotive wrecking and salvage yards in certain counties; providing a civil penalty. SB 2153 Whitmire Relating to booting of vehicles by private entities in parking facilities; providing penalties. At the Chairman's discretion, the Committee may also consider pending business.
